PHYSICIAN DAY AND LEGISLATIVE LUNCHEON 
AT THE GEORGIA CAPITOL

GSACS is once again partnering with the Medical Association of Georgia and other specialty societies to sponsor the 2016 Physicians’ Day at the Capitol and the Physicians’ Day Luncheon on Wednesday, January 27.  

This is an incredible opportunity and your participation is very important. With the constantly changing landscape that is now healthcare, legislators need to hear from you about the challenges you face on the front lines. 

All physicians are encouraged to wear their white coats for the day.  This “white coat” optic will serve as a reminder to legislators that physicians are attentive to the policies and proposals that affect their patients. 

Breakfast will be served beginning at 7:15 a.m., and the event will get underway with a briefing at 8 a.m. It will feature a photo opportunity with Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal at 9 a.m., and lunch will be provided once the Legislature adjourns.
